Because each Hasanova garment is handmade in-house, certain intricate designs — especially those featuring detailed embroidery or hand embellishment — may take up to 10 days to be completed before dispatch. This ensures that every piece meets our highest standards of craftsmanship and quality.

We hope you love your Hasanova piece, but if you need to return it, we offer a 14-day (2-week) return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and labels attached.
