Shipping + Returns
SHIPPING:
UK orders: 2-5 working days.
International orders: 4-8 working days.
VAT/Tax charges for international orders are not covered by us.
Please note that import duty charges are not covered by us, the customer will be liable for these charges.
RETURNS:
For damaged goods, you may return them within 3 days with the proof of damage prior to the receiving of the package.
Returns from outside the UK are not covered by us.
If you are returning an item due to it being faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs. Our customer support team will provide you with a shipping label.
If you are returning an item for any other reason, including change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and any duties and taxes owed. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item is received by us.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your request according to the following options:
For faulty or damaged items, we will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund.
For items returned for any other reason, you will be eligible for a refund of the item's purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
